Our Story
              

Our story started about two years ago with a simple swipe on a dating app. Like most people, we didn’t know what to expect—but from the very beginning, something felt different. It was easy, natural, and real. From our first conversations, there was a connection we couldn’t quite explain, but we both felt it.

 

We met later in life, at a time when you start to understand what really matters. We both wanted something real—something steady, peaceful, and lasting. What seemed like chance turned out to be something much bigger, and we’ve come to believe God knew exactly what He was doing all along.

 

We come from different backgrounds and cultures, but that’s only made us stronger. We’ve learned from each other, grown together, and built something that feels solid and true. And along the way, we’ve learned to laugh—like her making sure I say out loud “keys, wallet, phone” before I leave the house every single time… so I don’t forget (even though somehow I still manage to)—or her deciding that ice skating might not be her thing because, in her words, “the ice is just too slick.”

 

We’ve shared moments we’ll never forget—a kiss that seemed to stretch beyond time, a travel mishap that felt like a small miracle, and a blizzard where, somehow, together, we found a calm in the middle of the storm.

 

More than anything, we found what it means to feel at home—not in a place, but in each other.

 

Finding one another has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives, and we look forward to building a life that is simple, peaceful, and full of love—grounded in our faith, with God at the center.
